MINT MILKSHAKE

135g / 1 cup frozen banana (unripe) (OR dairy-free ice cream)

15g / 1/4 cup frozen spinach (OR fresh mint leaves)

110g / 1/2 cup coconut cream (unsweetened) (OR cashew cream)

60ml / 1/4 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened)

1/4 tsp mint extract (leave out if using mint leaves)

1 tsp vanilla extract / paste

(optional) 1/4 tsp stevia extract (OR coconut sugar / xylitol / date sugar)

(optional) 1/8 tsp sea salt / natural salt

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for about 1 minutes, or until the spinach is no longer visible and the shake has turned a smooth, even green color.

Optionally, add dairy-free whipped cream before serving (click here for a DIY recipe).
